Once i had blogged about some hacks to use with Airtel Live for getting free and unlimited Internet . Most of them wont work now as Airtel fixed the loop holes in their service. What now new is, TeaShark – a Java Application just like Opera Mini , which can be used with Airtel Live connection to get unlimited , free and full access to Internet.
TeaShark gives you full web browsing on your mobile phone with superb usability and performance. It renders web pages the same way as desktop browsers. No more ‘mobile web’, your favourite sites are the same on your phone and the desktop.
TeaShark is free to download and use. Its in Java ( .jar) and so will work in a wide range of handsets. And above all, its not illegal as we are not tweaking or hacking any settings in software or handset settings. It worked perfectly for me in N73 and I also tested it with a K750 and E90. On first run , I felt that TeaShark took a bit time to start , in all three cases. After that it is just perfect! I tried with sets with a Airtel Live conenction which is free , but limited to Airtel Portal or related sites. But with TeaShark, i was able to check my Mails , Orkut and Google Reader. So its compatable with Web 2.0 , though not a perfect rendering as in PC.

I have teashark in my mobile in nokia 3110c but it is not working. It gives me (subscribe to packet data first).Should i have to pay some rs. for it to subscribe.
There are two versions of Teashark. One with a green icon and another one with a red icon. Try both versions. Either one will work.
Its not a bad idea.

my friend say me that Airtel Level is open
then minimize that page on mobile and than use TeaShark
@ Amit : Thats not a must. You can opt for “Airtel Live” as preferred connection when Teashark opens. If you meant “Mobile Office” or the paid Gprs by Airtel GPRS , again it must work though its not free.

i have n70. few days be4 teashark is working in my mobile, but now a days error showing “failed, try again later”
so wat to do?
I tried it on N73. Its working fine .. Some versions stopped working. Better you try with another version
when i open teashark it says subscribe to packed data first
@Laxmikanth : I assume that you are talking about the access point select menu that gets opened on starting Teashark. You have to select Airtel live from that list.
iam uanble to see access optoin in that menu
there is no option like access point in the menu

I hope that T-Shark is not at all working with AIRTEL LIVE. I don’t like to beat around the bush. AIRTEL has detected and filled the hole which was in their n/w. If any one discovered any new tricks then you can blog here…

As I already said T-Shark application requests has been blocked by AIRTEL. Again and again some of the users now only they are trying to access… So, leave this T-Shark idea and come up with new ideas.

Guys am using teashark frm last 1 month and suddenly now airtel has started charging me .. earlier it was free … yestreday when i satrted the application .. after loading the page .. a msg came thanks for using aitrtel live u have been charged as per 30ps/50kb usgage..
I mean whts solution to this … is there any proxy num or port soln to this … (Mumbai/ Maharashtra)
The BETA is the green one .. and the red (firefox or T sign) is alpha one .. I have all the three ,… but being charged for using the TEASHARK on airtel live

I was using this software for past one month and everything was working fine and everything was free of cost. But suddenly now Airtel has started charging me.(30paise/20kb). I think they have fixed the loop hole. Any other way to surf the internet freely.

Both UCWEB and Teashark are not working in Vodafone Live!
But Opera and Yahoo Go are working good.
I have nokia 3500c. If you are a Vodafone Live user and Opera and Y! GO is not working on your phone then turn your access point to “portalnmms”.

Actually Ucweb works great in sony erricson mobile (mine is w200i).But since airtel charges for 30ps/20kb the frist use cost 30ps (for onpening the app and using it…………… I don’t know why that happens but it happens for me) and the remaining use is free they won’t charge a bit ( except for downloading)
