Here is a smart trick to restore or copy bookmarks from Firefox browser. This particular method requires no addons. Its pretty straight forward as copying the file in which Firefox stores the Bookmark details. Just follow the steps below.

1. Browse to the Firefox “Profiles” Folder. Must be in your documents and settings folder. Or type

%appdata%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

in Run dialog box.

2. Open the .default folder. It will be anything like “usdg23e.default”. A random string with a .default ending.

3. Now copy the bookmarkbackups folder . This is where the bookmarks are stored. Pasting it on the .default folder in another system with Firefox will restore or copy the bookmarks!

Simple right??
